Burning sensation in my hand and chest

Dear Doctor: Respected Sir/Mam; My age is 23 and I am a working professional.In last 4 months my body specially hand and chest are extra hot which they didn't used to be.Whenever I go in sun I feel burning sensation in my hand and chest which causes fatigue and dehydration and also I have diahheria from last 10 days moreover I am getting exhausted easily I got my bp checked and it is normal and moreover no one is having diabetes in my family.So please suggest me what medicine to use and where I can get them.I am currently residing in new Delhi.
