Love

Many a times I have asked myself what exactly Love is?
Recently the penny dropped for me...

Love is Just Being…
It is not a concept, has no boundaries, and has no definition.
When you can look at other creations of life and admire their beauty and them without any judgment and expectation is ‘What Love is...’

Love is when you enjoy being yourself…
Love is when you feel liberated yet bounded with other people…
Love is that tiny spark in you which makes you smile at ALL THAT IS

Pranayama

Pranayama is generally understood as breath control, it is true partially; as Prana is not intake of breath it is the ‘Life force energy’ in us which flows freely. When this prana can’t flow freely in our body we start manifesting mental, physical emotional issues.

Prana means “Life force energy’ and Ayama means ‘to expand’. Pranayama in true sense means expansion of the vital life force energy. Free flow of this Vital is responsible for our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth. Pranayama harmonizes the pranic body,  a network of nerve channels carrying this life force energy to each and every cell and organs of the body. Pranayamas are also preparatory for meditative state.

Follow the pranayama of basic breath awareness and exploration.
Find a comfortable seated position and begin to notice your breath. Without changing it, simply notice the pathway of your breath. How and where does it move? Does it move freely through your nostrils between inhalation and exhalation? Where your breath is moving with ease and where it feels stuck. Begin to gradually deepen your inhalation and extend your exhalation. Go slowly, breath by breath, each one slightly deeper than the one before. Notice how your body changes as your breath changes. What does that feel like in your chest, your side ribs, and the back of your neck, your armpits, and your jaw?

When you feel that your awareness has shifted to a thought, do not get caught up in it and create a story around it. Recognize the thought and bring your awareness back to your breath and its movement, initially you might get lot of thoughts, which is absolutely fine. This practice is to be in the awareness and not allowing your mind to take over you. This practice is to be mindful of your thought processes, their nature, acknowledging them and letting them go.

It is a good idea to introduce Sama Vritti or Equal Breathing now. This means inhaling and exhaling for an equal length. Inhale through your nostrils for four counts and exhale though your nose for four counts. Continue this breathing pattern for as long as you like. You may change the length of your breath to a shorter or longer count. As you practice Sama Vritti (Equal Breathing), continue to observe the quality, movement, and sound of your breath.

You may continue doing this as long as you feel like doing it. Once you are done, slowly and gently open your eyes, first look at your palms, then at your feet. Take few moments before getting into any activity.
Once you get comfortable with your breath awareness, you can start introducing it though the day while doing various activities. Consciously start becoming aware of your breath during various and different kind of activities. Continue observing the quality, movement, and sound of your breath.

This practice is very good for bringing in relaxation and helps alleviate mental chatter. It helps in Insomnia.

Meditation

A lot has been talked about meditation.

I am only going to tell you what happens when we meditate and how does it affect our state of being. And what we can do to achieve that state of Peace and Calm, if not Bliss.

Our mind has three sections – Conscious mind, Subconscious mind and Critical filter between the two which separates them.
This filter has a lot of work to do. Whatever we see, conceive, and perceive through the day. Our conscious mind passes it on via critical filter to our sub-conscious mind. This critical filter decides what needs to go to sub-conscious mind for storage and what needs to be discarded. This process mostly happens when we go off to sleep or relax. Now if we don't get sound sleep or are not relaxed, this critical filter gets overloaded and becomes sluggish. We keep adding new information to it and keep feeling stressed, lack of concentration, tired, low etc.

When we meditate, we cleanse and rejuvenate this filter so that it works at its optimum and we are ready for new experiences in a better manner. 

Despite all its popularity, today very few of us truly know what meditation is. Some think meditation is the mental concentration on some point, others feel while we meditate we imagine something that gives us peace or satisfaction. All these methods are basically to slow down and, eventually, completely stop the incessant activity of our minds. These exercises are not really meditation – they are substitutes for meditation because it is normally very difficult to stop our minds all-together.

In reality, meditation is a state of thoughtless awareness. It is not an act of doing – it is a state of awareness. We are either in this state or we are not, regardless of what we are doing in life. Truly, a man can be in meditation while doing his day’s chores and another man can be very far from meditation while sitting in a lotus posture on the top of a mountain.

When we take a look at the various explanations of meditation, another thing we often see is that meditation is defined as taking a moment to sit quietly or to ponder. True meditation, however is much more than this. It is a state of profound, deep peace that occurs when the mind is calm and silent, yet completely alert. This is just the beginning of an inner transformation that takes us to a higher level of awareness. This enables us to fulfill our true potential.

How does one make sure that mind is silent and calm?
How does one reach that profound state of deep peace??

To reach that state one need to start from basic, from Mindful breathing...
Mindful breathing is the first stage of getting into meditative state...

Thoughts

When we are going through an issue it becomes so big in our head that our mind starts controlling us. I have always maintained mind is part of us; we are not part of our minds. Let us understand how we can become in charge of mind.

When we are born, we are an empty vessel. With our experiences of life we start filling it up. Now this vessel like any other vessel has a capacity to hold. For example you have a jug that can hold one liter of liquid. It is in your hands now what would you like to fill this jug with. You may decide to fill it with water, refreshing lemon drink, rejuvenating juice, alcohol etc… But you can only fill it up to a level. And to put any other liquid than the current one you have to first empty the jug, cleanse it and then pour the next choice of drink. Choices are umpteen and you are the decision maker.

Likewise your mind is that jug and you are the owner of that jug. What would you like to fill it up with? You can either fill it with positive thoughts or negative ones. Just as the jug has to be first emptied to put in the next batch of liquid, similarly we need to clear our thoughts and empty ourselves for the new experiences and thoughts. If we are still stuck in the past experiences, negative or positive, how do we expect to make the new ones?

We clean our body, our homes on a daily basis. Do we ever look at doing a deep cleansing, Cleansing of our thoughts, of our minds.
There are many ways to clear the clutter of mind… The simplest and the most difficult (as people say) is Meditation.
Meditation brings in the much needed calm and clarity in our minds. It helps us realize what exactly we want from ourselves…

To reach to meditative level, we need to first work on our breath. Pranayama is the first step towards meditation. Also it is a good practice to decide on a particular time and sit for 10 minutes every day so that we first train our minds. Mind needs consistency in order to perform. If we are consistent with our practice, mind automatically begins to relax and prepares itself for the practice.

First step towards it is 'Equal Breathing'. Either sit in a meditative posture or lie down in shavasana. Make sure that your body is in alignment and neck and spine is in one line. If you are in shavasana both sides of the body is equally distributed and there is one and half feet distance between both legs.
Make necessary adjustments and concentrate either on your heart centre or Eyebrow centre. When you concentrate on heart centre you are bringing more compassion in life(surrendering to the divine); if you are concentrating on eye brow centre then you are bringing in focus and clarity in thoughts (being an observer and witnessing).
Now be aware of your breath, after few breaths when you feel comfortable breathe deeply all the way to your stomach for 7 times. The right way of breathing in is that your stomach will extend out like a balloon fills up, and while breathing out stomach will go inwards towards the spine. Now start equalizing your breath. Start inhaling and exhaling for equal counts, so for example if you breathe in for 3 counts,you will breathe out for the similar count i.e. 3 counts. Do 10 rounds of inhalation and exhalation, this one set of pranayama of equal breathing. Do 3 such sets of Equal Breathing. After a fortnight of practice increase the length of inhalation and exhalation to 4 counts.

This will strengthen your lungs, dispel stale air trapped in lungs and also it will bring in the calmness. And prepare you for meditation.
It is a good practice for those who have insomnia. Before going off to sleep you can practice this to have a better quality of sleep.

Miracle

"What is this LIFE, if not a miracle?"

Isn't it Miracle, that Magic which happened to us?
We come to this earth in such a miraculous way...Conception itself is wonderful and magical.There is so much joy we experience when we see a newborn child :)

We see miracles, magic on a daily basis...Are we ready to recognize them?

The Whole Universe is ever changing, ever evolving, ever trusting to create magic around us.Only if, we ‘pause and listen’ to those sweet encouraging whispers cool breeze brings along.

Only if, we took out some time to look around and appreciated the power of Nature...
Nature does nothing extravagant to be in the flow, it just flows. Just by Being itself Nature brings in so much of balance.

When it comes to our lives, our issues and our sufferings, what do we do? How do we handle it?
We tend to forget that Nature has its own beautiful ways to heal us, clear our issues, mend our ways, harmonize us, balance us...
And it is 'Us' who have created the Dis-harmony! Im-balance! in our own systems and around us.

Why do we do that?

·        We do it because we don't want to change.. It would be nice if others changed for us.
·        We don't want to evolve yet others should evolve.
·        We don't trust the very nature that brought us into this life.
·        We get into the whole cycle of blaming, brooding, sulking, demanding.

Let’s take a pause and few questions to ask ourselves...

·        What more can we do to make our life better??
·        What is it that we can do to make our journey smoother?


·      What more can be done to trust?

Drop the judgment

Always remember when you criticize something or someone you are actually criticize a part of your own being as you will only recognize that part of the other which resonates with you energetically.

To understand this in a simple language, Say you speak German and the person you are interacting with speaks French. Would you be able to understand what the other saying?

No, Right!!

Similarly your energy structure has a language and it will only recognize what it speaks within. So whenever you have a negative emotion coming up for someone, look within where it is arising from? Which parts of you, you don’t accept? Which part of you feels jealous/ upset/ irritated/ angry with the other?

If you feel jealous of the other does it mean that you don’t have enough? Or does it mean Life is not fair to you? Does it make you sad/ upset?

If you feel angry with the other then what exactly made you angry? Remember anger is not an emotion by itself it is an after effect of deep hurt. Which part of you got so hurt that it resulted in an outburst? What made you hurt?

Reflect on your behavior by the end of the day.

Did it go the way you planned it to be?

Were you able to keep yourself positive and upbeat through the day?


If not, then what made you upset? Which part of you didn’t feel, complete and fulfilled? Stay with the thought and you will start understanding your deeper emotions slowly.

Life is nothing but moments

Life is nothing but moments. And what happens when we get stuck in our issues and spoil that one moment and it keeps coming back to haunt you?

Has it ever happened to you?

Where you wished that you could travel back in time and make everything perfect, the way it would make that moment happier enjoyable?

It has happened to me. At times when I look back at things, I realize I was not operating out of love but lower emotions. Whenever I became rigid and wanted to look at things only from I, Me, Myself, It came back and haunted me forever. I wish I could erase those memories, those words which I probably didn’t even mean. That attitude of mine where I didn’t look at the whole picture but only a small part of it and created a moment which made me miserable and unhappy, also those whom I love dearly.

So what to do when you get stuck in your lower emotions? When you don’t operate out of your own self? When you operate out irritation, ignorance, sadness not love.

Pause and ask yourself for the clarity of what exactly it is you want from that moment and if you behaved in a particular way how is it going to affect you in the future?

Ask for the objective from yourself. 
What is your objective to behave the way you are. Does it make you happy? Does it fill you with joy? Would you like to visit this moment with fondness? If not, then what can you do to change it in the now and make it a happier, loving joyful moment?

If ever you do mess it up, don’t feel shy to pick up a phone and ask for forgiveness. It might not change the moment yet it will bring you relief. It will lighten your burden of that guilt which you may carry through your life. Shed the load darlings, it’s not worth it. Life is just this moment you are breathing in and fill this moment with Love, Peace, Joy, Harmony.

The moment that just passed by is never going to come back so wake up, get up and make it that perfect moment you always wished for. You created them and you only can destroy it. Don’t look back at your life full of regrets but with pride. Take charge of yourself and GO MAKE THE MOST OF IT.

Ask and you will receive

"Ask and you will receive" JESUS

How many of us understood what it meant. I didn’t. I always believed why I need to tell him what I wish to have in my life, or what I desire in life.
This belief came crumbling down when I started understanding 'The Law of attraction"

How on this earth was I going to get what I wish to have in my life when deep down in me I always felt ‘I don't deserve it.’

If my core belief was of undeserving then my energy structure also gave similar signals. I would feel uncomfortable asking for money. My fee which was rightfully mine, I spent time with my clients, my valuable time that I could have spent with my child, family. It was an issue to charge for my sessions as I felt undeserving, and other people’s needs were more important than mine.

Whenever you ask for something and it has not been given to you, look within. Do you really have conviction of what you are asking for; are you absolutely worthy of getting it? 
What is your belief system related to it?

Is earning money an issue? 
Money brings in responsibilities. Money takes away humility. Money brings in power and many can't handle that power. 
All these are belief systems that we have been carrying for long, either we saw something we didn't like and our subconscious registered or we had our own experiences which created these beliefs in us.

Does a relationship mean a burden, deep within? Does a relationship mean that you will lose your identity? Or you will not have your freedom with you? Would you feel obliged to look at other person’s need over yours?

What is it that is your core belief related to that particular issue you are facing at the moment?


If you can identify it, with awareness you can bring in the shift in your perception and look at it in a new light. Once your perception has shifted, you can bring in the much needed change in your reality as well. Your energy structure will now start vibrating at a level where you can attract whatever you wish to. Once there is an alignment between your core belief and what you are asking for, it shall be given to you. When you are giving out mixed signals even the DIVINE is confused what to give you. And mostly HE will give you is what your energy structure is vibrating at, what you believe at core level.

Love yourself first in order to love others

Most of us have grown up thinking and believing it is too selfish to think of oneself before others. Here I am saying otherwise. 

What does it mean? 

How could I possibly say that when our culture, our society teaches us to be selfless?

Our decision are based on several factors, starting from our family, to the cultural values, appreciation by society

I grew up with a feeling of being insufficient, incompetent. I have been working on it for a while now; sometimes it still gets on my new way of thinking. Earlier, it was really difficult for me to say no to others or even express it to people that I have some other work to do. It all came from my inability to prioritize myself and my things.

I always felt the other person’s work is more important than mine. My work can be done later. How can I be so rude and tell them that I won’t be able to attend them at the moment as I am busy attending myself.
When you look at it minutely I had people pleasing personality. I wanted them to like me, love me, accept me. What a dichotomy!!! On one hand I was neglecting, rejecting myself & my needs; on the other hand I was expecting others to accept me J

Why would I do that?? What made me neglect my own self?

It all came from a feeling that I am not good enough, if I am not good enough I have to that extra mile to make up for that lesser me.

We are taught right from the beginning that we are worthy and accepted only if we fulfill the norms created by our culture and society. Our worth is decided by the money, power, attractiveness, status, sex, relationships.

If we connect our self worth on these external factors we will never feel complete or worthy enough. The critic in us will keep us engaged in thoughts such as “I am not enough, I don’t have enough, and I don’t do enough.”

Who decides what enough is?

The feelings of insufficiency, incapability, of lack are never going to end. Every time we reach somewhere or achieve something, there is something else to look at.


The biggest and the most important decision of our lives that affect our every other decision is the commitment to love and accept ourselves. It directly affects the quality of our relationships, our work, our faith, our future.

Reiki Healing

I have heard people mentioning about their brief connect with Reiki. Either they took a session or learnt Reiki but it didn’t work for them. They believed that once they have taken a session it should have worked on its own for them and clear out all that they have been struggling for long. To some extent Reiki does work in cleansing the system deeply yet it needs an active change of attitude and approach towards life. Trust is the major component in getting healed.

I have also heard people saying after the session their issues or pain have become worse. Learning with Reiki and healing with Reiki does not mean that one is cured 100%. Healing does not happen overnight (almost never happen if we apply our logical mind to it) though it can help in relieving from aches and pains at the superficial level. It takes some time as inner work is being done and shifts taking place in the life of the person being healed. It can be an uncomfortable process to start with.

If you look at it as a long pending spring cleaning, you will be able to understand it in a better manner. At first you would dread to even start the process of cleaning because you don’t even know where to start from, so you keep delaying. Then there will come a time when you will get up and tell yourself ‘Enough is enough! Now I better take charge of it and start cleaning up.

You reach out to the room, your closet, cabinet, drawers which is crowded, messy, cluttered with filled with junk. When you have to this cleaning first thing you had to do is to pull out all the junk and that looks messy, very messy. The whole place is upside down and this scenario doesn’t look so good. You feel what you got yourself into. Now when you are doing this cleaning you might want to cling to those things that have certain memories attached to it, you might not want to throw that out though you know it is not required in your life and it is only taking space in your cupboard. You might just want to be with it for a while. May be you would just put everything back. Here you have a choice to either clean it or put it back in your drawer/closet/ room. When you stay with the things and put them back in your cupboard the whole exercise becomes futile as you end up with the same junk with you.

When you carefully sort out by cleaning, dusting things which are required and throw away things which are of no use any more. You get back your beautiful, clean, wonderful looking place back to yourself.

When we get attuned it often triggers a long term healing crisis within us. It’s a process and takes some time, especially when we have had many years of dysfunction or illness in our lives. We must allow time for Reiki to reach to deepest level of our issues and clear all that is not required for our highest and the best. It took many years to build up the memories and traumas associated with the issues we are dealing with. Letting go of those traumas, creating new patterns & memories also take time and can be painful. It is cathartic in nature and if we allow the flow in our lives, it can be uncomfortable in the beginning but peaceful, joyous, wondrous, magical by the end of it.

If you have been taking Reiki sessions or have been attuned in Reiki and that has brought in discomfort in your life, start looking for signs, possibilities and understand where they could come from. Allow yourself to clear out layers of old you and welcome the possibilities and wonders of New YOU.

4 Bodies


Our energy structure is not only the physical body . Apart from our physical body we have ethereal, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Our aura comprises of all the subtler bodies that are part of our being. They vibrate at different frequencies. These bodies have various functions to perform, etheric body carries vital prana (life force energy),emotional body takes care of our emotions, mental body of our thoughts and causal body is for our emotional growth and well being.

Etheric body (vehicle of prana)
Emotional or astral body (vehicle of desires and emotions)
Mental body (vehicle of the concrete or lower mind)
Causal body (vehicle of the abstract or higher mind)

Etheric body

Etheric body is identical to our physical body and carries prana (life force energy) for our physical body. It is around 1-1/2 inch away from our body. Any physical ailment that manifests in the body first takes place in our etheric body. Our etheric body is our energetic blue print onto this earth. Each one of us has a unique energy structure different from others.

Our etheric body’s color ranges from blue to gray - gray representing a more robust, athletic type of person and blue being associated with a more sedentary person.

Emotional Body

Emotional body is associated with how we feel. It carries our emotional state; this layer is fluid/gaseous in nature and extends up to 3-4 inches beyond our body. This layer onwards our aura takes an oval shape. It represents our emotional state through the colours. Our aura shows different color depending on our emotional state at that particular time.

We also define connection with emotions through our language: feeling blue with sadness, green with envy, pink associated with love, yellow with cowardice/fear, red with passion or aggression. The happier and alive the emotion, the brighter the colors, repressed and dull the emotions are stagnant and dark colors.

When we’ll learn about Chakras we’ll understand how important these colors are and how they can affect our life. That is why color therapy works wonderfully.

Mental Body

Mental body is around 3 – 8 inches around our body. It is our expression for intellect, ideas and thoughts. It is depicted as bright yellow light emanating, mostly, from our head, neck and shoulders and spreading towards the body. It becomes stronger when we concentrate on a mental task.
Depending on our thoughts it changes the color, brightness of this pulsating yellow light depends on whether or not our thoughts are positive.
This is the level where we hold our thoughts and slowly those thoughts can become our habits, character and so on.

Causal Body 

The Causal body is our connection with the Divine wisdom. It is where we reach to the level of acceptance and we surrender to the higher good for all. It is around 2-3 feet around our body. It is of beautiful golden light.

The lower mind wants things to happen in a certain way and becomes rigid with that idea. It is an egocentric way of looking at things. And we suffer because we feel life is not supporting us with whatever we are asking for. We feel life is being unfair to us, and we tend to ignore the bigger picture.

Here in causal body is where we have a clearer and bigger picture for us. This is where we reach to the level of total trust and faith in whatever is happening, is happening for our own good.

Our aura expands and shrinks depending on how well we are doing in life. It expands when we are in lighter, happier and better state of mind; it shrinks when we are fearful, sad and not trusting the process of life.

Healers and psychics can tune into your aura. Energy healing works wonderfully with aura cleansing and clearing out thoughts, emotions, patterns, beliefs that are floating in our aura. It can also help in strengthening our aura so that we don’t get affected by other people’s energies and their beliefs, thoughts, emotions in our life as we can easily get influenced by those energies if our aura is not strong enough or if it is not in a healthy state.

Clairsenses

All of us mostly have more than 2 clairsenses in awakened state. Out of which one is prominent and rest support of them support it. We, humans, are not even performing from 10 – 15% of our brain capacity. If we start using our clairsenses, this world will be a beautiful magical place.

You may try these exercises on a daily basis depending on which of the clear sense is dominant in you, slowly you can start working on other senses as well.

We already have talked about how we are energy beings and we operate out of certain frequency. Here I would like to add and talk about how human body is beautifully designed, so far we are only aware of our internal organs that science has been able to study. In Tantra and yoga we learn and understand energy vortices (Chakras) that are not visible to our eyes, when we get deeper into our studies we start experiencing various aspects and effects of chakras in our life.

All of us are trying to reach to a point, one way or the other, where outer influences do not affect us and meddle with our inner peace. People take different roads to reach to the same destination, some try Kundalini yoga, some Raj yoga(meditations), bhakti yoga , Hath yoga( Asana practice), Angels, Reiki, Pranik healing, Hypnotherapy etc. 
While it is not important which path we opt for, important is what resonates with us and how well we enjoy the journey J

Angels High up - Clairgustance

CLAIRGUSTANCE (CLEAR TASTING)

This is the ability to taste something that isn't actually there. This experience mostly comes from out of the blue when a deceased loved one is attempting to communicate a memory or association we have with a particular food or beverage that reminds us of them.

If we have a heightened sense of taste, this would make us natural chefs, bakers or food critics.

I experiment with food a lot and it comes in handy for me although I don't get a distinguished taste in my mouth yet, still I have a strong ability of figuring out various ingredients of a dish.

Experiments to enhance Clairgustance

You can also experiment this, while you having a dish which you didn't prepare try to identify ingredients in the dish.
Try different variety of foods which you never tasted earlier.

Clear smelling complements clear tasting. You all must be aware when your nose is blocked you don’t really get a taste in your food, because you actually start eating the moment you see the food and the moment you start smelling it. Without the smell your taste buds can’t function at its optimum.

Angels High up - Clairlience

CLAIRLIENCE (CLEAR SMELLING)

This is being able to smell odors that don't have any kind of physical source. This could smell of the perfume or a cigar/cigarette smoke of someone alive or dead, used as a sign of their presence around in ethereal way.

When our sense of smell is strong and distinct, we may be drawn to working as a florist, a wine taster or a perfume fragrance creator. 

I have experienced this clair far less than other clairs. Initial days of my spiritual journey, I used to get a whiff of fragrances such as lavender, rose, sandalwood. These are the times when I would feel very calm and peaceful.

Exercise to strengthen Clairlience (Clear Smelling)

Go to a park, try smelling various flowers and keep a mental note of it.

Next time when you visit the park take few of those varieties, smell them with your eyes closed and try to identify them.

Angels High Up - Clairtangency

CLAIRTANGENCY

Every place and object has a frequency of its own, and on top of it collects energy of people using them. Altogether it emanates combined energy of its own and people who used it. Clair tangent people are sensitive towards energies of the places and, situations and objects.

Usually Psychometric is defined as Clair tangency but it is just a part of it. In psychometric one can pick up the energies of the person who has been using it for long, in Clair tangency one picks up energies of people via objects, energies of place and situations. If Clair tangency is your strong Clair then you would generally be uncomfortable using someone else’s clothes, jewelry. Although you are not a judgmental person, somehow thinking of wearing somebody else’s clothes would you jitters.

Do you feel uncomfortable using someone else’s clothes or jewelry? Do you ever feel the need to wash your hands after picking up or looking through used items?
Used Clothes and jewelry pick up the energies of its owner; it also carries the emotional state of the person while it was worn. You tend to pick up on those energies and it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Does it sometime feel itchy or strange to sit on theater seats, restaurants, and public toilets? Would you rather walk for an extra than to visit a restaurant or a theatre just because it doesn’t give you a good feel?
Places reflect the energy of people who keep going in and out of it. It collectively sets up the energy for it and your decision to visit it depends on whether or not it resonates with your energetic structure.

Do cluttered places unnerve you? 
Clutter carries scattered energies and these energies can be really intense and unnerving. It can also give out the feeling of being stuck as the energy stops moving in the places where things are kept in a pile and have not been moved for a long time.

 Do you ever find that a messy house or workplace affects your mood and productivity?
An unkempt house used to bring a lot of irritability in me. I need a prim and proper house to myself when I get up in the morning and if that is not the case, my mood used to change, I would get irritable, snappy at times. Earlier I had no clue what was happening to me, it has started making sense to me when I am working with energies and understanding how and where it works at you at subtler level.

Angels High up - Claircognizance

CLAIRCOGNIZANCE (CLEAR KNOWING)

Are you the kind of person who can assemble or fix something without looking at a manual? Is it easy for you find directions to a place solely based on your instinct? Do you keep getting ideas to develop something or create something?

Clair cognizance is an internal knowing of something. When you know for sure how things are going to turn out in your life. You just know it, and for that knowingness you have no explanation or logic to it. This is because we tune into the outcome of our actions and that gives us a certainty within. We somehow brush these thoughts aside as we are not too sure of our decisions. Even if we know within that a particular decision will be disastrous for us, we go by our logic and fact that are kept in front of us rather than listening to that little knowingness within. We tend to get influenced by other people’s opinion and their experiences.

Claircognizant people require a tremendous faith in themselves as they only have their gut talking to them; they do not have any other tangible thing to rely upon. There is a difference between your own thoughts and inner knowingness. Inner knowingness has a certainty against all odds and does not indulge you in fear, or any other negative feelings, your own thoughts can come from the past experiences hence could be judgemental.

Many philosophers, professors, doctors, scientists, religious and spiritual leaders and powerful sales and business leaders tend to be highly intuitive and seem to just know the facts with a sense of certainty.

Exercise to strengthen you Claircognizance

Know the color
  • All you need is a deck of standard playing cards, the kind that has two different colors: red and black.
  • First, set an intention. Your goal is to correctly pick the color of the cards that you pick.
  • Next, shuffle the cards to “put your energy on them”, Reaffirming your intention.
  • Then, pick a card (without looking at it) and mentally ask yourself “What color appears on this card? Red or Black.
  • Go with the first thought that comes to mind and flip the card over to reveal its color.
  • Be sure to create 2 piles of cards: one for the ones you got right and the other for the ones you got wrong. Anything over 50% demonstrates a psychic ability
  • Keep practicing as you improve your accuracy.

Angels High Up - Clairsentience

CLAIRSENTIENCE (CLEAR FEELING)

Clairsentience is strong in those people who pay attention to their feelings & emotions more than what they see. They can physically feel the pain and emotion of the other person. When we get a strong "gut" feeling, positive or negative, about someone we just met, we may be tuning into the emotional energy of a person.

Clairsentient people get emotional highs and lows for no apparent reason. When you feel butterflies in your stomach, feel peaceful, or happy all of a sudden that gives you an indication of a positive situation and when you feel tightness in your stomach, jaws, and temples, stress for no reason that could be a warning or an indication of a negative situation. When we are highly sensitive and are in tune with not only our own feelings, but also the feelings of others, this makes us natural healers and caregivers. We often feel inspired to pursue careers as doctors, therapists, counselors, nannies and teachers.
If this is you, clairsentience is at the top of your senses list. 

In my readings I mostly get the physical sensation for a person who has a physical ailment a strong feeling for emotional distress of the other person. Initially It was difficult for me to understand why I suddenly feel low in my energies but over the period of time with experience and understanding I have started to understand between my own emotions and other people’s feelings.

As clairsentience is one of my strongest gifts, I get impulsed all the time through physical sensations. Whenever I am doing a reading, I get a strong sensation on my temple or on my forehead in the middle of eyebrows (third eye).

How to Develop Your Clairsentience

Psychometry Exercise

This exercise involves getting hold of an object that someone has worn regularly, like a watch or a bangle. All objects absorb energy from their owners. Hold the object in your hand for a minute or two. You will start getting messages or feelings about the person who wore the watch, bangle etc. This might take a little practice, in my workshops I have seen people picking up thoughts, feelings of the other person at once.
