Sarovaram – A traditional Ayurvedic health centre located on the banks of beautiful Ashtamudi Lake in Kerala. Sarovaram provides you with authentic treatment from the experience of 85 years of tradition in Ayurveda. The treatment centre is owned by a family with a traditional ayurvedic background, the reins of which is handed to the third generation of Ayurvedic doctors. Sarovaram serves you with authentic Ayurvedic treatment. Medicines that are used for treatment are manufactured from our manufacturing unit with personal supervision and hygiene.

BOATING & VILLAGE VISIT

Cruising along the palm-fringed backwaters in a country boat is just an ‘out of this world experience. With a tender puff of air to relieve. Starts from Sarovaram Lakeside and takes a trip to Perumon, Munroe Island, Kakkathuruthu Island.

TEMPLE VISIT

Kerala has several ancient temples venerated. We take you to some of the significant and sacrosanct temples. Each temple in Kerala has folklore, which throws light on some facet or other of early Kerala culture.

Varkala Beach and Thangassery Cliff

Varkala, a calm and quiet hamlet, lies on the outskirts of Thiruvananthapuram with several tourist attractions. Thangassery Light House is one of the two lighthouses in the Kollam Metropolitan Area.

Jadayupara: World’s Largest Bird Statue

Jatayu Earths Centre, also known as Jatayu Nature Park, Jatayu Rock, or Jadayupara, houses the world’s largest bird statue located in Kerala, India.

Krishnapuram Palace and Art Museum

The Krishnapuram Palace is a palace and museum with a rare specimen of the Kerala style of architecture, complete with gabled roofs, narrow corridors and dormer windows.

AYURVEDIC PROCEDURES

Ayurvedic treatments can be classified under two groups –Samana (Pacification) and Sodhana (Purification). Pacification is done with herbal medication, fasting, exercise, sunbathing and exposure to wind. Purification, is a special form of therapy for the removal of the disease-causing vitiated doshas (Vitiated Vata, Pitta and Kapha). It consists of five parts - The 'Pancha Karmas'.
