was detected with Spondylitis and suffered with swelling and pain in my back and knees for more than 2 years. I had tried a lot of medicines but everything was giving temporary relief to me. My brother recommended me to consult Dr. Pawle for my condition . He advised me to follow a strict diet, do some exercises, and take herbal medicines. I followed it strictly and started feeling improvement in few weeks time . Now, after approximately 1 year of treatment, my Spondylitis is at complete remission stage. I am still following the diet recommended for arthritis patients and will follow it for rest of my life.
