Dear Doctor: I feel unstable for last one week. I am diabetic for the last 20 years. Last week I applied oil that soaked the vetiver and other herbs purchased in an exhibition, ,it was applied at night , my head was spinning when I got up at night to go to toilet, has continued in a lesser intensity even now. I also have a growth about the size of 3/4th tennis ball on my neck shoulder joint region to the right of the vertebral column. What is the way to overcome this ?

Dear Patient: Your problem is diabetic neuropathy.
Following ayurvedic treatment is advised:
1. Vishtinduk vati twice a day
2.Ashwgandhadi vati 2 tablet twice a day
3 Chandra prabha vati 2 tablet twice a day
4. Giloy ghana vati twice a day
5. Pachakarma under medical supervision
6Yoga and meditation.
Keep sugar level control and continue your treatment for diabetes.
