Dear Doctor: Respected Sir,
My Name is Jaynaben R. Patel. I am 35 years old. I am working as a Teacher.
I am suffering from Hyper acidity since 13 years. Too much gas is coming out from the mouth via the heart. I feel as if heartattack is approaching me. I have started taking all your churans as per your prescription from last 3 to 4 years but no satifactory results. The effect remains for only little time.
I have even practised the Yogas (Kapalbhati and Anulomb Vilomb) but no satisfactory result. While performing the yogas the gases are coming out in each exhaling moments and that too in bunch.
I am taking Gashar Churna and Avipattkar Churna as well. It gives me only a little relief. After some time the problem restarts.
At present I am suffering of gas trouble. Whenever I try to sleep at night after 9:30 p.m. the gases come out. I am going for a walk, eating churna, eating light food and then also the gases come out. I am not taking cold drinks, wine or junk food. The acidity is very high. I become angry soon and acidity starts. The tension also comes to me on small small matters.
I have loose 3 kg weight also.
I heartily request you to provide me remedies so that I could over come the problem. I have too much faith in your medicines so please give me a proper prescription regarding it.
