Suffering from depression and iratable b

Dear Doctor: suffering from depression and iratable bowle syndrome , there was a dog bite 2 years back vaccinations were taken late and i have developed serious complications now like my stomach is upset all the time , cant retain any food in body , fear of drinking water and whatevr i eat will digest with great difficulty and motions will be generated after that it is very serious can you please help me thanks

Dear Patient: Hi,
1.Mustakarishta 10ml twice a day
2. Sanjeevani vati twice a day
3. Kamdudha rasa mix with Brihat gangadhara choorna, and take up to 5grams a day.
4. Manas mitrak vati at bedtime

*Ahar and vihar*
easy to digest food,
Regular intake of butter milk, cumin seeds, pomegranate, proper sleep, fiber-rich diet.
Avoid fried foods, meats, oil, dairy and other fatty foods.
Quit smoking.
Have soluble fibre.
Practise yoga and pranayama.
