Dear Doctor: A friend of mine was cleaning her dogs little cushion beds in the bath tub using bleach, she was in there inhaling the fumes with no ventilation for about an hour and a half, now she is coughing real bad and her chest and her throat are burning she said that's what it feels like. ? What can I do to help an elderly person who is very very very stubborn and will not go to the emergency department. Mind you my friend weighs about 120lbs., 5 feet tall, and she is 63 years old.
