Arthritis from last three months

Dear Doctor: Dear doctor,
I am paining from artherities.
I got a painful swelling my palm and in legs fingers.
Also the temperature in first half of my palm is hotter than that of rest half.
Also, i am lossing my weight day by day.
And Now a days I got defeciency of hemoglobin and white cells.
