Back, joints & shoulder pain.

Dear Doctor: I am 65, male, having shoulder, back(lower hip) and joint ( elbows, knees & finger joints) pain. I am not taking any regular medication. Can u suggest some treatment for the above, the no. of days it will be required and the approx. cost.?
