Been taking Western Medicines for more t

Dear Doctor: Been taking Western Medicines for more than 20 years for Diabetes, Hypertension, Gout and High Cholesterol.

Doctor had increased the dosage for all medications and since then, all figures are well controlled.

Now I would like to use Holistic or Natural Medicine to get myself treated.

What should I do first?

Should I start off by doing detox? I think I should detox my blood, colon, liver and kidneys first for 3 months. And then take the vitamins, minerals and herbs to cater to each illness while taking care of my diet.

What will be your advice?
