Dear Doctor: Before suffer from cough approximately last 15 years now with cough short breathing started. Took medicine but temporary benefit again Sam condition. Now main problem with this short breathing, doctor telling it is Asthma. And prescribed Inhalor.?

Here are few medicines for you to start with.
Do steam vaporization daily with Tulsi leaves.
Do massage surrounding the chest with Karpooradi tailam/ Lavana tailam and cover the part with Dry hot towel to make the chest area warm.

1. Dashamoolakatutrayam kashayam - 15ml Medicine to be mixed with 60ml of luke warm water and take twice daily at least one hour before food. Mix 1 tsp of honey along with it.
2. Swasanandam Gulika - 1 tab three times daily after food.
3. Dashamoola rasayanam -1tsp in morning & 1 tsp in night. after meals.
