Best cure for blisters on tongue

Dear Doctor: My kid is 18 months ole. He is having blister on his tongue. Due to which he is not able to sleep and fluid is coming from his month regularly from yesterday evening. As it was Sunday and most of the Dr were closed I searched online and there was s recommendation to give Ice cream so that he may feel comfortable. And in the night we gave him ice cream so he was able to sleep for few hrs. Since today morning he has not done pee.
Kindly suggest should I do?

Dear Patient: Give him Merc. Sol 30 (5 drops with quarter cup of water - 3 times a day) - for 1 week.
