Best cure for stiffness in knees

Dear Doctor: I am feel stiffness in both the knees while sleeping along with difficulty in walking for long distances. This is not observed in my routine day activities at home. I am 60 years old, obese, diabetic, hypertensive.
Need your advice on the problem.?
