Best treatment for Left Hemiplegia

I am a Left Hemiplegia effected person since Aug., 1989 and i got improvement, but, yet my left leg is not functioning normally, entire leg moving like a single bone right from hip to foot, thus thereby uneven ( limping )while walking resulting strain on lower back + kneecap(paining). Kneecap will go too back while standing. Foot ankle not able to move up & down and leg not able to bend back touching hip. Slight back bending will come.
Left hand fingers no movement at all totally (neither able to close or open) Elbow & shoulder level able to move (slight spasm exist at elbow ) Shoulder was down & shoulder bone at back little exposed than the other right shoulder bone. Limbs not became weak (both left & right limbs are at almost equal size and right from beginning sensation exists in left limbs/total body. Except non functioning of left limbs no other problem exists in the body.
Recent MRI scan report says -
"INFRACTION IN THE REGION OF BASAL GANGLIA & INTERNAL CAPSULE ON BOTH SIDES WITH SUGGESTION OF GLIOTIC CHANGES ON RIGHT SIDE
Through Angle healing can i get my back my left limbs to normal functioning, at least my left leg to normal walking pl, if so, how am I to obtain this healing. Pl enlighten me totally as i believe this Spirtual healing system will help me in my present problem pl.?
