Best treatment for Ovarian cyst

Dear Doctor: I'm a 19 year old girl, a third year student of Electronics & Communication Engineering student. This April, I was diagnosed with an Ovarian cyst. I became very mentally upset that time & cried continuously for a few days. Since then, I had developed a swallowing difficulty. I feel a tightness while swallowing along with some sensations like gas getting trapped in throat every time I take a deep breath (along with a clicking sensation in my throat when I swallow liquid). But since few weeks, this clicking sensation has got worse. It now happens when lowering my head and while lying down. Few days before starting of this clicking sensation, I experienced a chirping sound in my right ear with mild jaw movements (I still experience the same). I can feel the click (like the hyoid bone is rubbing with thyroid cartilage) somewhat on the right side of throat (below chin area). I also experience a heaviness in back side of my head, specially while lying down or immediately after that. I also occasionally experience pain on my right side of head & mild discomfort on right side of neck, shoulder & arm.
Since one year, I'm also under an orthodontic treatment (wearing ceramic dental braces since August 2013 had to extract 4 premolars & one milk tooth for this treatment. I read it on the internet that orthodontic treatment can cause Pharyngeal airway obstruction, Tempomandibular Jaw Disorders & displacement of Hyoid bone!! Can this be the case with me? Can this be a neurological problem? I get a strange feeling like the my throat cartilage & consequently my tongue has displaced inside a bitI don't have any pain but I'm so scared that repeated rubbing of throat cartilages can cause any serious damage!! I've went to 5 ENT doctors, they said everything is right with my throat & ears and so does the Anasthesist who checked my throat thoroughly before using breathing tube for my laparotomy (for cyst removal) last month. This problem has got worse after my surgery. Doctor gave me antacids (Rabeprazole & Sucralfate) as said it was because of GERD. I took them for 2 weeks but it didn't improve. I keep visiting doctors but they don't take the "clicking" seriously! I desperately want a solution as I can't concentrate on my studies or anything because of this.
