Best treatment for PCOS

PCOS from 6-7 years

3. Current medicine you are taking:
nysnal and Adova

4. Sign & Symptom of disease:
delayed periods,excessive skin problems and lesions,hirsutism,swelling and excessive weight gain(15 kgs in 1.5 yrs),hair thinning,dark spots on underarms and neck.

Parents suffer from diabetes and blood pressure.Mother has fatty liver and history of heart diseases.

7. Education and Nature of Profession of Patient:
Student of Chartered Accountancy

8. Desires and aversion of food:
cravings of Sweets sometimes

9. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry..etc.:
Happy go lucky.Get angry easily.Strong will-power.Impatient.get irritated easily.
Had a disturbed childhood with fractions between parents.Loving mother and best friends.Have a lot of support from them.

Tongue quoted with white layer.Thirst normal.Non diabetic but high levels of inulin in report.

I have been suffering from PCOS from the age of 16 years and it was detected at the age of 18.
I had all the symptoms of PCOS which included delayed periods,excessive skin problems and lesions,hirsutism,swelling and excessive weight gain(15 kgs in 1.5 yrs),hair thinning,dark spots on underarms and neck.
After it was detected,my doctor gave me metformin and aldactone which i took for around 2 months and discontinued the treatment due to shifting to a new city.In the meantime,I tried hard and with the help of dieting,lost around 10 kilos.
After coming to the ew city,I showed myself to a gynecologist and have been on his reatment for 2 years now and i am 22 now.
He says that my PCOS has receded and my periods have also become regular now.However,I still suffer from acute skin lesions and acne,tendency to gain weight and excessive body hair.
I read about Pulsatilla 30 online and have been taking it 3 times a day for the past one month without any effect.
Please guide me with the right medicines and help me treat my PCOS.
