Dear Doctor: Dear Sir,
I have problem with myself and my two sons. Both are mentioned separately.
1) I am lean and thin, cannot eat curd, milk, banana, rice, etc as these things make me sick. I am 46, dyspeptic and without any other disease. I have been on PPI for last 7 years. I want to get rid of it but failed every time I tried. Can I get rid of it ? Is any system of alternative system to remove my dependency on PPI ?
2) My sons, 16 and 11 year old are lean and thin and weak also. Both have problems of Vitamin deficiency, weak bones and poor health. Frequently suffer from cough cold and digestion related problems. Physical growth is otherwise normal. The younger has stool shoulder in this age of 11 years. I am so sad. I have been giving oral Vitamin D without much improvement.

Please suggest on both the cases.

Dear Patient: Hi,
I have gone through your details. Following is suggested treatment:

For query 1
Avoid all food items which gives you allergy. Like all milk products and rich carbohydrates
Take Avipattikar churna one teaspoonful at bed time with lukewarm water
Morning time take Herbal tea without milk with Liquorice(also known as Mulethi)

For query 2
Best suggested medicine is
Amalti rasayan or any brand of Chyavanprash avleh . I prefer Kesari jeevan (Jhandu)
