Dear Doctor: Dear Sir, My name is Akshesh Goswami . My dad name is Satish Goswami . I’m from Navsari, Gujarat. My mobile number is 8780011712.My dad has bronchitis from past 20 years , he is having breathing problem, he can’t even walk for 20 mtrs n from last 3 years he is using oxygen for approx 20 hours a day.
