Feel sick, weak dizzy in warm/hot tempearature

Dear Doctor: hi
I cannot tolerate heat and hot temperate. when heater is on, I cannot stay longer. I start feeling headache, dizzy, short breathing and feel weak. I have to go to cooler place. Similarly, As soon as I get sunlight, start feeling fatigue, dizzy and nausea. in this situation, my heart rate goes faster but body temperature is normal.
I cannot drink hot milk, hot water etc. Now I am taking a lot of water everyday. Still the situation remains the same. ?
