Dear Doctor: Hello doctor..

I am a 25 year old girl severely suffering from Hair loss..
Hair loss started since 5 years ...done lots n lots of alopethic and ayurvedic treatments ..didnt get any results from any treatments...didnt have any PCOD related issues..no thyroid issues....didnt have any hereditary issues...
Can i get any permanent solutions for hair loss...now a days lossing reduced a bit ...even though reducing the thickness of hair day by day....seeing my scalp properly ....it realy reduce my confidence to face society...pls doctor can you suggest any remedies to reduce hair loss and to grow new hair... ?
