Dear Doctor: Hello,

I been suffering from last 15 years from constipaton leading to painful anal fissures, vertigo, weak digestion. irritable bowel syndrome, dry skin, eczima of penis, and dry sky all body, severe lower back pain, acidity, breathlessness, fullness and bloating after eating. Along with this I am extremely nervous, forgetful, anxiety, irregular sleep paterns are some of other behavioural characterstics.

I am 43 year old male and 65 kg im weight. Based on your quiz test and other websites and reading material in Ayurveda, it seems I have vata in excess and also pitta in but less of an issue than vatta.

I have been to infinite number of Doctors, all kind of tests and diagnostics done without any significant issues in blood or otherwise.

My queston- is it safe to take vata balancing ayurveda tablets. Can you suggest something from your pharmacy.
