Hi Dr My mother has diagnosed with stage

Dear Doctor: Hi Dr
My mother has diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer size of 1.3cm in her left breast. Lymphedectomy done in 28/5/18 in Bangkok. SLNB done and the result was 0/7 negative for malignancy. The tumor labs were:
ER positive 100%
PgR positive 70%
HER2 0
Ki-67 positive 10%
P53 negative
The doctor advised for mastectomy but we refused , so they recommended for radiotherapy 5 days a week for 6 weeks and anti-hormonal for 5 years and maybe chemo if genetic test was positive. I want to refuse all these treatments because i know it kills. Would you help me please? As soon as possible.
