Dear Doctor: Hi Mam, I am Prathibha. I am married and was trying to conceive. I conceived in 2017. Since I had fibroids and adenomyosis I had urine retention and the baby could not survive.I underwent a myomectomy surgery in Feb 2018. And doctor told there was too many complications when they did the surgery. And in Sep 2018 I had laparoscopy for Cyst removal in Columbia Asia. And doctor told that I cant get pregnant naturally. So they told me to opt for IVF. I consulted another doctor for that but doctor told the there is hydrosalpings in the tubes and the tube needs to be detached. I underwent the Laproscopy for that also and the tubes we detached.And the doctor continued with the IVF procedure. Doctor did a scan before the FET and they found that there is a fluid collection in my utreus and doctor told that if the collection is present then FET will not be successful. Mam what should I do to get rid of that fluid. Can you please suggest.?
