I am 75 years old . my sugar level is 11

Dear Doctor: i am 75 years old . my sugar level is 110 fasting and 165 p.p. mostly the sugar level is being maintained between 80 to 110 and 120 165 fasting and pp respectively. i am having knee joint pain for one year and also burning sensation in feet sole As i am a retired man i could not spend much for the treatment. Can you pl advice about the treatment and inform approximate duration and cost for the treatment. is their any insurance coverd for the treatment in your hospital.?
