The best medicine for constipation is Ispagulla or commonly called Isabgol in hindi.
Among the many tradename I recommend you- Softovac (Lupin).
Method to take : Take two teaspoonful powder mix in a glass of water and drink. Followed by two more glass of water.
At bed time. Take it regularly.
Increase green vegetable in diet.
