I have antral gastritis and duodenitis p

Dear Doctor: I have antral gastritis and duodenitis problem. Last year I was taking psychiatric medicines as part of my depression and OCD problem. However unfortunately the doctor prescribed 5-6 tablets per day and I too believed him. Unfortunately I developed Vomiting from the 3rd month and it continued till November. Now I am suffering from vomiting even after stopping the drugs after meals and I feel fullness on eating very small amounts and I can't eat more than the required amount. However my hand and body feel cold all the time. My stomach is extremely sour and acidic. I was suggested acidact, dhanwantram gulika and indukantham kashayam. Please let me know if this is ok or do I need Brahmi or manasamitra vatakam also or ashwagandharishta or ashwagandharishta tablets. Please help me. My stomach extremely shrunk and flattenedd. I need to regain my stomach and appetite and please stop the nausea and vomiting after meals. It's affecting my life and I getting headaches and light headedness 24*7. Please help me.?
