Dear Patient: Hi,
Here are my recommendations:
1. Swarna Sootashekhar Ras’ (50 mg) to be taken twice a day with juice / decoction of Amla.
2. Ashwagandharishta and ‘Saraswatarishta’ (10ml each),both mix with 20 ml of water, and take twice daily.
3. Shirodhara is advisable.
