I have been suffering from multiple heal

Dear Doctor: I have been suffering from multiple health issues. underlying problems ibs, constipation ( bowel movement is very low). and body is not absorbing vitamins like b12 etc. suspected pernecious anemia based on clinical diagnostics.
some day to day conditions like quick tiredness mentally and physically. weekness and low energy, slow digestion, not gaining weight. quick mood changes, irritation unable to concentrate, impacting personal life and making it harder to do my job normally. i tried ayurvedic doctors. ibs is bit better but all other problems are not going away. situation is going bad to worse every day. mainly during winter is its even more worse.?
