I have hypertension problem and headache

Dear Doctor: I have hypertension problem and headache problem.I am totally unable to concentrate on study.I am 28 year old.I am taking allopethic medicine for bp but headache problem is always there.I do yoga in morning and brisk waking but does not get telex much.what should I do to get rid of headache.?
