Vitamin D deficiency is common in vegetarian Indian population.
You must take milk, yoghurt, tofu, soybeans, soy juice, oranges and tangerines,
If you are non-vegetarian, salmon, tuna and egg yolk. vegetables like Broccoli, spinach, Mustard greens, Garlic and sun-dried tomatoes are also some important calcium supplement.
Sun bath is good for you.
Medicine
1.Mahayograj guggul three times a day
2.Kukkutand tak bhasma 500mg once a day with milk.

Thanks sir.. Sir I have started taking calcirol sachet from yesterday.. Doctor suggested for two months.. One sachet per week.. Can I take that with the medicines you have advised. And how many tablets of mahayograj do I have to take?
