I was having a upset stomach for about 1

Dear Doctor: I was having a upset stomach for about 1 year. Symptoms like 1-2 loose watery stools daily, Unusual foul smelling stools, anal burning while passing stool, immediate loose motion after eating certain foods or eating out. Stomach cramps at times. Doctors did colonoscopy but couldn’t find anything. Then I started feeling a lump in my throat after eating as if food is still hanging in my throat and hasn’t gone down. A Lot of burps without smell, burning in my mouth and throat. Doctors have done endoscopy but couldn’t find anything. My heartburn does not get worse during night or if I lay down after eating, unlike classic acid reflux. But I have this cool sensation throughout my esophagus after eating. I also have unexplained joint and muscle pain as well as fatigue and low energy levels. Approaching menopause. FSH is 115. All the blood tests are all fine except for ESR and alkaline phosphate is a little elevated. I am really struggling and don’t have the right diagnosis. Could anyone pls help me ?
