Iam 28 year old, since from last 6 or mo

Dear Doctor: iam 28 year old, since from last 6 or more than that iam facing stomach upset, i went to Gastrointerlogist get 2 month treatment, there are no major effect, i did endoscopy aswell, report are GERD, acid reflux, doctor is telling in lower esophagus is more congested with reflux, upper and middle one is ok, my situation is very worse every time execessive gas is passing, stomach upset all the time, after that to ayurveda, he gave 6 month meditation: kutki 50gms, yastimadhu50gms, vidang churna 50gms, sapargandha 10gms, half teaspoon of mixture after food, but not getring any effect i was taking since fron last 3 month, ever getting condition worse, doctor telling to take this medicine continue in small amount, i did all type of blood test stools test, my stool is always come in pieces, urine comes fast every time i drink even little water, roght now iam getting little pain in chest and stomach cramp, my weight is lost 5 kgs in last 5 month, i have to increase my weight, my weight is only 58, kindly suggest medicine for my stomach/colon upset and to increase weight?
