Its been 7 months that post covid i have

Dear Doctor: Its been 7 months that post covid i haven't got my smell and taste back, i can sense only one kind of smell and taste from everything everywhere.
Jus to be sure, I have got my covid test done thrice and it comes out to be negative.
Have been on medication both homeopathic and allopathic but there has been no specific improvement.
Please guide if there is something to done.
