Mild Constipation

Dear Doctor: I m 26 yrs old boy and have been operated for left inguanal hernia in March2012. Now ai m suffering with mild constipation & pain at the sight of operation but my surgeon said I m totally ok. I think the pain is because of this constipation. Please suggest me what to do.?

Dear Patient: After surgery constipation is common, and also your pain is due to incresed acidic condition of your body ,so detox your body with enema, and drinikng of 3-4 liters of water per day ,do some sweating exercises also practice breathing exrecises which will reduce H+ ion concentration in your body leading to decrease in pains
