Dear Doctor: My age is 31, unmarried. I am suffering from severe vertigo, hair fall (baldness) from 7 years. I used to masturbate most of the times due to which I feel like there is no semen and severe vertigo, while walking and not able to drive vehicle. I am not able to walk properly becoz of people's fear, stage fear. I think one thing for whole day. Vertigo is spoiling my daily living. please give me solution for vertigo and medicine to increase semen count. Plz reply me.?
