My son has a neck tic left side 3 years

Dear Patient: This is called Manya shool in ayurveda.
Following is the treatment
*Ahar and vihar*
Include cereals like wheat, rice and pulses like horse gram, black gram in diet and fruits and vegetables like sabar,paraval, drum sticks,phalasa,lemon,grapes, mango,brinjal in your diet.
Consume food like garlic, ghee,oil coconut water,tamarind and meat juice
gentle pressing on the affected areas help in relieving pain.
Maintain proper hygiene and bath regularly. Maintain a good posture.
Expose yourself to adequate sunlight.
Perform gentle stretching exercises of the neck.
*Avoid*
Avoid eating cereals like kodrava and samvaka varieties of rice and pulses peas, chana, arahara (pigeon pea) and green gram.Do not consume leafy vegetables,lady finger,cauliflower, date,bitter gourd.
Change Irregular sleeping pattern and awakening should be avoided.

Avoid excessive physical activities and fasting.
Avoid excessive bending of the neck.
Avoid putting stress on your neck and excessive usage of phone and mobile.
*Aushadhi*
Panchakarma
Anshan and awedan
1.Maharasnadi kwath
2tsf three times a day
2.Lakshadi guggul
Three times a day
3.Yograj guggul
Three times a day
4. Prasar ni tail for external application.
