My uncle was diagnosed with liver cirrho

Dear Doctor: My uncle was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis a few months back. He was under treatment since then in a reputed allopathic hospital in Kochi. However, just a month back his condition deteriorated and presently he is in coma. He had internal bleeding due to which it became difficult to give medications. Although the bleeding has just stopped but doctor has given the opinion that nothing can be done more in his case. Just want to know if even a small chance is there for recovery from this stage. I know it's too late but we can't just lose hope.?
