Need your treatment for my undiagnosed health issue

My name is Beena. I stay in Mumbai. I'm 47 yrs old.

My problem is

-> Nowadays, suddenly my hands get warm and i start feeling weak. This happens to me often.
-> I'm not able to sleep in night due to suffocation especially in summer.

Its a kind request to u, please kindly help me out and guide me. I made visits to doctors but they are unsuccessful to diagnose the reason and understand the cause.
