Respected Doctor, My wife 31 yrs old is

Dear Doctor: Respected Doctor,

My wife 31 yrs old is suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis. She had knee swelling and was admitted in a private hospital and taken out the fluid from both knee.
Now she is under homeopathic treatment under a govt doctor.
her ESR -136, ASO-232, RF-23, CRP-87.
Presently she feels weakness and vomitting after taking food.
Could you please advise, if she is ok to continue with the homeopathic treatment or is there any need for urgent consultation of a Rheumatologist?
Although alopathic doctor has suggested to take Defcort 6mg & folitrax 15mg, but we have not yet started the same.
