Dear Doctor: Respected DR PRATAP CUAUHAN JI PRANAM My stomach is always upset once the stool is passed out in the morning & evening as well just after passing stool again i feel to go moreover stool remains in the rectum & it is to be removed by fingers after lubricating using mustard oil bowel is not clear EVEN AFTER REPEATEDLY PASSING STOOL IN A DAY if air is not passed it causes acidity doctors say it is irritable bowl syndrome but i do not feel so i do not take allopathic medicine at all because i do not get any relief but use isab gol bussi & sometimes use avipatikar chuarn to get relief but not cured properly what i feel is unbalance of VAT PIT CUFF RATIO. NO ANOTHER DISEASE EXCEPT THE ABOVE ACUTE CHRONIC PROBLEM SUFFER ING FROM THE LAST MANY YRS, SOME YRS BACK STOOL WAS EXAMINED & CYSTS OF E H WAS OBSERVED BUT NOW THE SAME IS NOT THERE IN THE STOOL MY AGE 68 YRS , HEIGHT 5 FEET 7 INCH WEIGHT 75 KG I REGULARLY GO FOR WALK FOR 5 KM AND PERFORM SOME PRANAYAM INCLUDING SOME FLEXIBLE EXERCISES I DO NOT TAKE OILY& SPICY THINGS INDUCING RAJMA URAD KI DAL & GREEN MATAR THAT PRODUCE LOT OF AIR IN MY STOMACH IN VIEW OF ABOVE PL.
