Respected Sir, My father aged 58, is suf

Dear Doctor: Respected Sir,
My father aged 58, is suffering from varicose vain. Apart from visible vain there are small patches on his both legs below knee that seems of eczema. He also suffer from hyperthyroid and a patient of hypertension. He had kidney stone in the past, now cured. He abstinence the food which is red in color(viz. tomato, carrot, beat root, red lentil etc.) as told by his doctor.
But all in vain. I don't know where to go for his treatment as we had tried homeopathy, Ayurveda and allopathy. kindly suggest...?
