RETINITIS PIGMENTOSA IS CURABLE IN AYURVEDA OR NOT

Dear Doctor: My wife Shikha Saxena aged 41,is being suffering from RETINITIS PIGMENTOSA, for the last so many years.I have cosulted so many reknowned Allopathic Doctors specially RETINA EXPERTS but they said that at present this disease is incurable. Someone has advised us to go for AYURVEDA ,so i m writing to u our problem and want to know whether it is curable in AYURVEDA or not.Plaease reply fast taking it as urgent,so as to make furthur decision as well as discussions.?
