Dear Doctor: Sir I am 58 years old male facing pain at under my right side hip cannot bend down and continues constipation, Gas, worms problem when the pain comes maximum the anal side as well as both sides of penis getting pain and burning sedation while passing urine and stool. The hip muscle pain radiate towards both legs ( back side) towards feet and lastly one or two small kuru (boils) comes in the penis upper skin. After three to four days will vanish of again any jerking or extra movements of buttock this will again starts since 2014 this is continuing taken MIR, SUB, x-ray all blood tests including Hiv, Hsv, Std Vdrl and other all negative. In Mri l3 l4 l5 light bulging is there. Now I need ur valuable advice.?
