Weaknesses, numbness

Dear Doctor: I m suffering from weakness, numbness in my body frm last 10 years, if I walk 10 min my legs become numb, & headache, I can't seat on toilet due to pain in my legs, if I raise my hand within minutes I feel pain in hands, i did MRI of brain & other blood report but all report are negative,docter dont know wht is d problem, pls help me is there any blood circulation problem in my body ??
