What is the best treatment for Slipped Disc (L4-L5)

Dear Doctor: Hello Sir,
I am staying in Hyderabad. My wife is suffering from Slipped Disc (L4-L5) since from 1 year. She has gone through Panchakarma in Kerala Ayurved centre in July month and then after she is continuing with Ayurved medicine like Kashyam and Tablets. Sir when shall she may get relief ? Shall we continue with Ayurveda or shall I try Acupuncture as well ? Please advice
