Recipe 3:

Mix 30 gm of gondola plant with 15 gm of gotu kola (Centella Asiatica. Wash them thoroughly and boil in 600 ml or 4 cups of water. Boil till the water is reduced to half. Keep aside, filter and then store it. Drink this water twice a day.


Recipe 4:

Take 10-15 guava leaves or 30 gm of spinach with thorns. Wash thoroughly and boil in 4 cups of water till it is reduced to 2 cups. Filter and store it. Drink this decoction twice a day.


Recipe 5:

Wash and mix together 10-15 leaves of pineapple or 30-50 flower petals, 15 gm leaves of violet, and palm sugar to taste. Boil these ingredients with approximately 600 ml of water, till it is reduced to half the quantity. Filter and keep aside. Drink this water twice a day.


Recipe 6:

Drink fresh juice obtained from Durva grass every morning for at least 6 to 8 days. This helps to reduce hematuria


Just the recipes mentioned above are not enough. You may also have to make a few changes to your diet. Make sure your diet includes Ash gourd, gooseberry, Pomegranate, Sugar candy, onion, cold water, and raisins. You need to take plenty of rest too.
